FRM provides tax assistance to private clients, dealing with transfer of residence from and to Italy, estate planning, transfer of businesses or assets, corporate reorganisations, trusts, financial instruments and insurance products. Throughout the years FRM developed specific expertise on cross-border matters and the application of special tax regime for high net worth individuals. 

The department is composed of one partner (Stefano Massarotto) fully dedicated to private clients with a team of 4 associates. Moreover, three other partners (Luca Rossi, Riccardo Michelutti and Francesco Capitta) include in their practice assistance to high net worth clients.
