In addition to representing the leading technology and life sciences companies and underwriters in capital markets transactions, Fenwick’s securities group works closely with our executive compensation group to handle sensitive matters of executive compensation in a dynamic regulatory environment, and with our securities litigation group to conduct internal investigations and advise on other governance related matters. We also work closely with our mergers & acquisitions group to enable the structuring and smooth completion of transactions.
