About

Provided by FerradaNehme

Public Law is today one of the structural axes of legal work. It is difficult to conceive business activities that are not directly or indirectly related to the public sector.

Our services are composed by integrating multiple criteria of Administrative Law, Economic Regulation and Litigation to diverse legal fields (such as environment, urban planning, financial markets and public control, among others). In this context, this area incorporates public-private criteria that allows a better understanding of the legal issues, and that closely dialogues with other legal and non-legal disciplines.

The practice of this area has had an intense and relevant work regarding the analysis and evaluation of the reforms that are intended to be incorporated in our country as a consequence of the ongoing constitutional process and the possible institutional changes that it would entail.

We rely upon some of the best and most experienced lawyers in matters concerning Administrative, Constitutional, Municipal and Public Law in general. The area is led by our renowned partner, professor Luis Cordero and co-headed by Josefina Court and Jose Tomas Correa.

Our work includes areas as diverse as writing legal reports and expert opinions, litigating before High Courts of Justice and the Constitutional Court, representing our clients before government authorities and collaborating in the drafting of new institutions.
