With decades of collective experience, the Fisher Phillips team has developed individual relationships with OSHA leadership at the federal and state plan levels, which help us negotiate on behalf of our clients. Our attorneys also draw upon extensive experience in representing employers before the Chemical Safety Board (CSB); Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF); Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA); state fire marshals; and other federal, state, and local agencies.

Our workplace safety practice group spans the U.S., with team members in 35 offices able to be anywhere in the country at a moment’s notice in response to a workplace incident or agency investigation.
