· Representation of individual accused of $147 million health care fraud and anti-kick back conspiracy
· Representation of a well-known celebrity day trader in criminal indictment alleging involvement in a $114 million dollar stock manipulation scheme
· Representation of a former Mozambique Minister of Finance indicted on bribery and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act charges in the Eastern District of New York\
· A full acquittal after a nine-week trial in the 2019 Platinum Partners case for former Platinum CFO Joseph SanFilippo. SanFilippo faced five felony counts for alleged securities fraud, investment adviser fraud, and conspiracy.
