FTPA’s Corporate / M&A practice comprises nearly 15 lawyers, including five partners. The team provides advice to listed and non-listed companies, SMEs and midcap SMEs, fast-growing companies, investment funds, family-owned businesses, throughout all the phases of their development:

Our clients are based in France, Europe and abroad. Our lawyers work in French and English, often in connection with cross-border transactions. When needed, we are supported by a first-class network of international referral firms with which we have built strong relationships.
