About

Provided by Gide Loyrette Nouel

Gide opened its office in Warsaw in 1991, becoming one of the first international law firms to operate in Poland under the new regime. Over the last three decades, we have advised on many significant projects, including some of the most important M&A, infrastructure and financing transactions on the Polish market as well as on significant outbound investments by major Polish players.

We combine international experience with in-depth knowledge of the local market. Most of our clients are Polish blue chips, from financial institutions to developers and leaders in the gas, petrochemical, commercial, transportation and heavy industry sectors. We also support foreign investors in their investments on the Polish market.

We are a one-stop-shop when it comes to major transactions, providing comprehensive legal and business advice at every stage of the investment process. We advise on cross-border and local M&As, private equity and LBO transactions, as well as all types of real estate and financial transactions.

We also provide tailored assistance at all stages of infrastructure and energy projects, including greenfield projects – from licensing, through support at EPC and commissioning stages, to potential claim management.
