Our Intellectual Property Litigation team has more than 80 dedicated litigators, more than 60 of whom have technical degrees in areas such as biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, neuroscience, and physics.
We represent national and international companies across industries on the full range of IP litigation issues, spanning patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Whether resolving high-stakes intellectual property disputes or providing counsel on litigation avoidance, we understand the unique needs of each client and tailor our approach to meet them.
Our team has substantial experience before US Federal and State trial courts as well as at the US Federal Circuit, the Supreme Court, and the US Court of Federal Claims. We have served as lead counsel in hundreds of Patent Trial and Appeal Board matters. And in the last 10 years, we have tried more than 35 cases at the International Trade Commission.
