We assist with the design of post-deal covenants and, in many instances, assist with implementation. We provide practical advice to employers with respect to all aspects of the employment relationship, ranging from hiring and disciplinary practices, workplace violence, privacy concerns, issues arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act and other leave and paid time off laws, loyalty issues, and protection of employer goodwill and proprietary information via restrictions on post-employment competition. We spearhead internal workplace investigations, including alleged discrimination or harassment, ethics and policy violations and founders’ disputes, and our lawyers have extensive employment litigation experience involving all significant employment law issues.
