The group has depth in trying coverage and bad faith cases as well as in handling appeals for those matters.  The group has successfully resolved rescission and reformation cases. In addition, the group has handled a wide range of insurance class actions, including cases alleging improper sales and insurance claims handling practices, fraud, underinsurance first-party wildfire claims, and consumer protection claims against insurers.
