We also frequently assist with regulatory matters, including application for and transfer of licenses, renewable energy subsidy schemes, state aid, merger control, grid connections and infrastructure planning and investments/divestments.

- Gorrissen Federspiel represented Skovgaard Energy on a potential joint venture with Ørsted for the development of a 200 MW PV plant and a 70 MW wind park combined with a hydrogen plant.
