We provide full-cycle counsel to Latin American and other international infrastructure and energy clients doing business in the region, from turn-key project development and redevelopment to financing, implementation, and operation and maintenance. We advise private and public sector clients in all aspects of public-private partnership (PPP) transactions. We also offer regulatory, permitting, environmental and real estate advice.
We assist with debt financings involving private, public and multilateral sources and government grants, guarantees and tax incentives. Our attorneys advise developers on the acquisition and structuring of equity and advise infrastructure funds on formation, marketing and distribution. We have represented equity participants in individual and portfolio investments in most of the key infrastructure sectors. Our attorneys also represent public issuers and underwriters in the structuring and issuance of project bonds for publicly sponsored infrastructure projects.
