Our Mexican Real Estate Practice provides clients with integrated legal services for virtually all phases and stages of a project. Our client base comprises a broad range of property developers, lenders, investment managers, opportunity funds, Mexican Real Estate Investment Trusts (FIBRAS & CKD) and private owners. We advise clients on a variety of matters involving diverse forms of commercial, industrial, recreational and residential real estate.

The scope of our real estate finance capabilities spans virtually every major income-producing property sector and asset type, including office, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, industrial, fixed-based operations, marinas, golf courses, hospitality and leisure.

We understand the objectives of financial institutions’ lending programs and offer an experienced perspective through our lawyers’ knowledge of the capital markets, the wider financial industry and real estate cycles.
