The criminal defence team represent clients who are arrested and/or charged with a variety of serious criminal offences from the police station through to the Court of Appeal. The team comprises barristers and solicitor advocates. The team defend actions by the prosecuting agencies such as the Crown Prosecution Services (CPS), SFO, FCA, HMRC, HSE and the Office of Fair Trading.
