The legal service offered is mainly day-to-day preventive advice, in which the client is oriented on regularization of labor documentation (labor audits), dismissals, salary restructuring, labor engineering, labor agreements, union negotiations.

Our service in this area also involves the contentious advice in all its spheres (Ministry of Labor, Labor Courts, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court). It also involves making administrative appeals (Revocatory, Hierarchical) Contentious Administrative and Constitutional Protection. The team also assumes the defense in the judicial area before labor lawsuits for collection of social benefits, reinstatement, social infractions and others.

A recurrent activity that we do is the advice in labor-union matters, such as the defense before union’s claims and labor arbitration.   

The service also covers the social security area (sickness, disability, death) and representation before the Caja Nacional de Salud, Caja Petrolera and others, and long-term insurance entities such as Provivienda, Prevision, Futuro de Bolivia and others.
