• Guyer & Regules successfully represented leading companies BASF Uruguaya S.A. (Uruguayan company) and BASF SE (parent company) in a judicial suit filed by its former distributor of Uruguay, Solaris Tecnología Agrícola S.A. of their agrochemical products.
• Won in first and second instance in a sophisticated case filed against a private concession operator of the international airport in Montevideo, Puerta del Sur S.A. (part of the holding Corporación América) by the airline companies Austral Líneas Aéreas-Cielos del Sur S.A. and Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. due to two bird ingestions.

• Handling a high profile case filed by Electroingeniería against UTE (Uruguayan electricity public authority due to damages of over USD 72 million produced by the illcit disqualification of its bid.
