Hannes Snellman’s competition practice regularly advises clients on critical competition law issues in transactions, commercial agreements and day-to-day business practices. Our competition practice has an exceptionally broad experience of both international and domestic cases involving public and private antitrust enforcement, merger control, state aid and regulatory proceedings.
