HSW’s White Collar department in NY defends individuals and companies charged in sophisticated federal criminal and SEC investigations, typically involving financial crimes. Two of our NY White Collar Partners are Chambers ranked. We represent clients in cases and investigations brought by the U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of NY, the SEC, the US Department of Justice, the Federal Reserve, the NY County District Attorney’s Office, among other agencies. These matters have involved insider trading, crypto and NFTs, criminal antitrust, asset forfeiture, and other finance-related investigations.
