We advise listed and unlisted corporates, from start-ups to multinational clients, and LLPs, on the implementation and day-to-day operation of share plans and other employee and partner incentive arrangements, advising throughout the lifecycle of the arrangements, including on corporate actions.

Integral to our client service delivery, our teams advise listed companies and their boards on the complete range of governance issues, including best practice on all aspects of executive remuneration (including shareholder voting powers, reporting requirements and engagement with shareholders). We are also known for financial services remuneration advice including, in the UK, on the application of European directives (CRD 4, AIFMD, UCITS V and Solvency II) and related UK remuneration codes to clients' remuneration structures.
