HSF Digital's core offerings in respect of ‘outsourced’ services generally fall into two main categories:
- Managed Services: providing a unique combination of best-in-class managed service delivery, technical legal expertise, design-thinking, thought leadership and process optimisation, whilst consistently looking at ongoing process improvements. Key examples include contract review and negotiation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), large scale litigation support (including eDiscovery support) and claims management.
- Project-Based: linking people, process and technology to deliver high volume legal work efficiently and cost effectively. These services primarily include high volume document review, high volume contract review, repapering projects and transactional due diligence.
Delivery of process / workflow / document automation, Legal Operations and Legal Project Management is an integrated part of HSF Digital's Managed Services and Project-Based offerings.
