- Herrick advised on land use aspects of the Halletts Point rezoning and waterfront development plan, a mixed-use project in Queens including new affordable housing and public spaces.
- Herrick represented the Community Preservation Corporation on multiple transactions, including the acquisition of Morris Heights Mews, a 100% affordable housing property in The Bronx for $29 million.
