  • Herrick, Feinstein represented Fortis Property Group in a dispute relating to an unfinished luxury high rise building at 161 Maiden Lane in downtown Manhattan. The $78 million claim relates to geotechnical, engineering, architectural and construction management issues on the project.

  • Herrick advised on land use aspects of the Halletts Point rezoning and waterfront development plan, a mixed-use project in Queens including new affordable housing and public spaces.

  • Herrick represented the Community Preservation Corporation on multiple transactions, including the acquisition of Morris Heights Mews, a 100% affordable housing property in The Bronx for $29 million.
