The members of our Practice Group Litigation/Arbitration have long-standing experience in the areas of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. They provide German and foreign clients with comprehensive advice on all kinds of complex disputes, starting with the development of conflict resolution strategies and not ending with the successful enforcement of their interests in or out of court.
In addition, members of our Practice Group are recognized for their skills as litigators and arbitrators. They have a decades of experience in litigation, ad-hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings (e.g., VIAC, DIS, ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules). Their practice as counsel and arbitrators includes all types of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (e.g. Arbitration, Mediation, Dispute Adjudication Boards, Expert Determination).
