The structuring ability, the knowledge of the applicable Italian legal and regulatory system, the on-going interaction with their colleagues globally (mainly in Europe), the exposure to cross-border transactions (such as the establishment of pan-European platforms), the seamless access to the English law expertise of the London Capital Markets team, allow the team to provide valuable and comprehensive advice to the clients and help them devise and maintain innovative and efficient structures.

The Italian Debt Capital Markets practice works in strong collaboration with a cross-practice team within Hogan Lovells in order to deliver a 360° service, according to specific clients’ needs. The team, in facts, often works together with professionals from our tax, financial regulatory, insurance, real estate, administrative and privacy practices.
