We handle all types of clinical negligence case and have expertise in specialist / niche areas including Wrongful birth, Suicide and Mental Health Cases, Inquests, Military and Dental claims.
We provide additional support for our clients through our Support & Rehabilitation Co-Ordinator, Court of Protection team, Trusts and Estates team, Conveyancing, Family, Employment, Public Law and Probate teams. We also seek appropriate input and advice from our newly established Welfare Benefits team and IM Asset Management who prepare financial reports for the Court and assist our clients with investment advice.
