Our specialist national restructuring and insolvency team provide expert advice on all matters arising from the financial distress of a business. We regularly advise business owners, insolvency practitioners, pension scheme trustees and lenders (including Banks and Asset Based Lenders) offering a “Cradle to grave” service covering all their core needs and requirements.
The team focuses upon lender led transactional insolvencies and high value complex restructuring work. The team also advises upon both straight forward volume Law of Property Act Receiverships and those of a more complex nature.
