We are known for our  expertise in serious financial crime and unusually complex or politically sensitive cases. Many of our cases attract significant media interest or have been precedent setting cases in either the Court of Appeal or Supreme Court.

Business crime, fraud and confiscation: Advising on police and SFO investigations, financial crime including frauds and corporate offences; complex confiscation proceedings.

National security/counter-terrorism: The firm has acted in numerous high-profile matters. Recent key instructions included representing the parents of Jack Letts at trial and in proceedings before the Supreme Court.

Murder/homicide: We act in all types of homicide cases, including multi-handed joint enterprise prosecutions. The firm acted in the historic Supreme Court case of R v Jogee which reformed the joint enterprise law.

Drugs, Firearms and Organised Crime: We have acted in numerous serious and complex matters, including conspiracies to supply and importations.

Serious sexual allegations: The firm has a team dedicated to the defence of serious sexual allegations.

Protest law: We have acted in numerous high-profile protest-related prosecutions, most recently in prosecutions arising from the Extinction Rebellion protests.
