We provide comprehensive representation to active and passive real estate investors in private equity arrangements. Clients include institutional real estate investors, including pension funds and their advisors, REITs and funds. We structure and negotiate joint venture and program investment arrangements; conduct due diligence; and prepare documentation for the acquisition, conveyance, management and financing arrangements involved at each stage of the investment. Our team has significant experience with affordable housing and multifamily.
We represent institutional lenders in loan syndications, participations and other co-lending relationships, including pari passu and tranched loan syndications, intercreditor agreements and agreements among lenders; structured financing; portfolio financing; mezzanine financing; secured debt financing; construction loans; revolving credit loans; and defeasance.
