Kirkland’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy group focuses on the evolving business, technological and legal issues relating to ensuring the appropriate privacy protection and disclosures regarding collection of consumer and employee data, and ensuring the security of business’ data networks. Our full-service, multidisciplinary practice counsels clients regarding the evolving web of global cybersecurity and data privacy regulations, including the U.S. SEC Cybersecurity Rules, EU and UK GDPR, China Cybersecurity Law, HIPAA, COPPA, and many others.

Our work includes reviewing and advising on the plans and policies of business organizations’ related to cybersecurity and data privacy issues, including those of Fortune 500 companies, leading private equity firms, and other multinational financial institutions.
