Within Kochański & Partner’s Dispute Resolution Practice, the last year was marked by a continuous stream of growth. More than 40 lawyers are now engaged in sophisticated and challenging dispute projects, often of a landmark character.

The international disputes team receives instructions from foreign investors under bilateral investment treaties in the most complex investor-State arbitrations.

Kochański & Partners are recognized as virtually the only Polish law firm capable of running international law disputes entirely in house.

Their lawyers are also highly engaged in support for Ukrainian clients and friends.

Over the past couple of years their commercial disputes practice faced an increasing number of instructions to represent clients in the most complex commercial cases, both via arbitration and in courts.

Their civil and media litigation team continue to support freedom of speech, often defending journalists in high stakes disputes concerning political and media events in Poland and Central Europe.

They have the largest team of banking litigators in Poland. They are among a limited pool of law firms creating strategies for financial institutions who face disputes over their market practices.
