The team can assist with project requirement scoping, designing and conducting RFP processes, configuration design and change management/implementation consulting.
Work Highlights
The KPMG LOTS teamassisted CSL Behringin developing and revising a strategy and operating model for its Legal Operations and Services organisation. The team used its proprietary Legal Function Assessment Suite to review the client's current operating model and implement technology and process improvements to its contract life cycle management systems, organisational design, contract templates and workflow intake and management processes.
