Our banking & finance practice continues a long history of innovation, providing advice to lenders and borrowers and other market participants in the financial sector.
Apart from the regular practice of our cross-border banking transactional advice, we are also active in many other areas; a feature very rare in our market. We have been involved in the top NPL deals (two corporate portfolios and one dual asset package) and Szabolcs Mestyán as CEE market leading expert in this field has been engaged by EBRD to develop the new Guideline for the management of NPLs in cooperation with the National Bank of Hungary.
Our widely acknowledged expert partners, Szabolcs Mestyán and John Fenemore have been frequently asked to give advice in adjusting to and implementing MiFID 2 and PSD 2 in the everyday practice of notable financial institutions and they continue to be the #1 expert in aviation financing matters in the CEE region.
