Lee & Ko’s Restructuring & Insolvency Team has extensive experience of representing all types of key players in bankruptcy cases including debtors, creditors and investors, which in turn enables the Team to provide a most adequate solution to any client dealing with financial problems of its own or others. The Team has been involved with almost all major restructuring, workout and insolvency cases in Korea for the last two decades.
