Corporate
We have the experience and resources to handle major transactions - and we frequently do, acting on the other side of the major London-based US and UK law firms. Our integrated business model brings together our deep sector knowledge and our specialist M&A capability with other legal disciplines enabling us to deliver highly efficient and cost-effective leadership and project management on our corporate transactions.
We run a multi-stage corporate practice advising founders, companies and investors at every stage. At any one time we can be acting on early-round financings, private wealth, venture or private equity investments, as well as IPOs and secondary fundraisings for our listed clients. We also advise buyers and sellers of companies on acquisitions, particularly in respect of companies that have been through external investment partners who wish to establish corporate joint ventures.
Deal structuring is a key part of what we do. Not only does this include heads of terms and definitive documents that are needed to carry out the investment, but also specialist tax (including Entrepreneurs' Relief, EIS and SEIS) and other advice. We tailor our guidance to deliver practical advice with the flexibility that high-growth companies and their principals and investors require. To this end we have robust market knowledge and strong industry relationships which we use as reference points for targeted advice and referrals.
