In January 2020, the Houston law firm of Levinthal Wilkins merged into Lightfoot, adding partners Jared I. Levinthal and Robert A. In 2019, after a 4-year legal battle and a hard-fought trial, a Houston jury awarded Jared’s client almost $15 million in damages (more detail below in the representative matter list). Rob is a commercial litigator who has practiced 18 years and who focuses on bet-the-company litigation in the oil, gas and energy sectors.
