  • Linklaters advised Standard Chartered Bank as sole bookrunner and underwriter of the USD400 million multi-tranche term loan facility for Jubilant Pharma Holdings to refinance existing debt and fund capital expenditure.

    Linklaters advised JD Property on a syndicated loan valued at 9.04 Billion Hong Kong Dollars. The loan was arranged by HSBC, DBS, Bank of China (Hong Kong) and China Minsheng Bank.
