  • Linklaters advised lenders, including Bank of America, Crédit Agricole CIB, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mizuho, Société Générale, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Korea Development Bank and Industrial Bank of Korea, on the financing of the Jeonnam 1 offshore wind farm project located in South Jeolla Province, South Korea.
  • Linklaters assisted Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board on its investment in a global offshore wind development joint venture with Corio Generation. The investment platform aimed to support the development of 14 fixed-bottom and floating wind projects in several locations including South Korea, Japan and the UK.
