Recent work highlights:

  • Nrep: advising on the €200m acquisition of an 80% stake in 7R, one of Poland’s largest logistics developers. It was one of the largest deals in the CEE logistics sector in 2023, awarded Investment Deal of the Year, CEE, by Eurobuild.
  • Develia: advising on the €100m acquisition of the Polish subsidiaries of Nexity, the leading French developer. With the acquisition, Develia increased the number of residential units under construction by ca. 1,400, and its land bank by ca. 2,200 units, in Warsaw, Kraków and Poznań.
  • Echo Investment: advising on the €100m sale of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex in Katowice, to a joint venture of Investika and Bud Holdings.
  • NEPI Rockcastle: advising on the acquisition of: (i) Forum Gdańsk Shopping Centre, for €250m, from an entity ultimately owned by Blackstone-managed funds, and (ii) Atrium Copernicus Shopping Centre, for €127m, from G City Europe.
  • Investika: advising on the acquisition of numerous office buildings in Poland, including acquisition of Royal Trakt Offices in Warsaw and Łużycka Office Park in Gdynia.
  • 7R: advising on the sale of logistics portfolio, comprising projects in the pre-development and development phase, to CTP Group.
