- Investika and Bud Holdings: advising on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland from 7R for over €150m. The 212,500 sqm portfolio comprises five logistics parks. This acquisition marks the largest logistics transaction completed in Poland and the second largest in Central Europe in 2024.
- NEPI Rockcastle: advising on the €405m acquisition of Silesia City Center in Katowice. This acquisition represents one of the largest shopping centre transactions in CEE in recent years.
- Signal Capital Partners: advising on the joint venture with Ghelamco, followed by €280m sale of the Warsaw UNIT office building by Ghelamco to Eastnine AB. The sale was the largest office transaction in Europe in 2024.
- W. P. Carey: advising on the acquisition, in a sale and leaseback formula, of 123 Żabka retail stores in Poland.
