Public Law Department of Lipani Catricalà & Partners owns a specific expertise in the matters of public law, public economic law and public commercial law, including consultancy services and litigation.

The Department’s clients are central government and local public authorities, public entities, contracting authorities, public law bodies (such as government owned companies), multinational and national companies having to deal with the Italian public sector.
