- Advised on a USD 800 million international bond and credit link note issued by one of the leading banks in Vietnam.
- Advised a local bank on a USD 300 million project finance loan for an ODA-financed project.
- Advised Petro Vietnam on a USD 175 million syndicated loan agreement with Citibank (Hanoi) and Citibank (Tokyo). Form: LMA.
- Advised on a USD 175 million financing deal for three oil tankers serving the Dung Quat refinery.
- Advised Vietcombank on a USD 100 million syndicated facility agreement with Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) and Standard Chartered Bank (New York), using nostro account as collateral. Form: APLMA.
Advised Natixis Bank on a USD 15 million loan to Petro Vietnam Technical Service Corp (PTSC).
Advised Samsung on their launch of Samsung Pay in Vietnam.
