- Advised ATAD Steel Structure Corporation, a leading steel structure company in Southeast Asia, on its capital and business partnership with Kanematsu Corporation
- Advised Dragon Capital on all legal aspects for acquiring a solar power plant whose capacity is 49.5MWp from LICOGI 13 Joint Stock Company
