We structure, negotiate and document property acquisitions, dispositions and joint venture transactions of all types, ranging from single-asset deals to transactions involving multijurisdictional portfolios of properties. We represent landlords and tenants in the creation of ground leases, and advise buyers and sellers in the transfer of ground and master leasehold interests, transfers of air rights and development rights, and sale/leaseback transactions.

Real Estate Finance

We represent lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing and servicing arrangements for the acquisition, sale, construction and development of commercial, multifamily and hotel properties across the U.S. We also advise on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions, syndicated credit facilities, multi-property and multi-state financings, construction loans, loan participations, inter-creditor agreements, and mezzanine financing.
