The focus of the practice group is on advising the contractor side of infrastructure projects, advising and representing in court all well-known large and numerous medium-sized construction companies as contractors, comprehensive support for public and private construction projects of all sizes on the client side as well as extensive activity in out-of-court and in-court dispute resolution.

The broad positioning in the various structures and sectors leads to an unchanged stable workload in a challenging market environment, as the firm's sector focus with infrastructure projects and in particular hospital construction is strongly characterised by public construction projects, which are not affected by the current market problems in the real estate sector.

Ulrich Eix's professional expertise in the field of Building Information Model (BIM) and Integrated Project Management (IPA) contributes to the further dynamic development of the Stuttgart office. Dr Daniel Junk has established himself on the market as an innovative and reliable consultant for large-volume and complex construction project award procedures.

The Hamburg team led by Dr Robert Castor has particular expertise in advising on infrastructure projects as PPPs. The Hamburg office has been advising on PPP expansions for more than 15 years. The Hamburg construction law team also has a strong focus on dispute resolution.
