Lydian’s banking and finance team comprises 6 lawyers, fully dedicated to leveraged finance transactions and financial regulatory. If need be, the banking and finance team is backed up by its 15 Corporate M&A colleagues.
A strong alternative to the traditional Brussels-based Benelux and International law firms, we represent large and medium-sized Belgian and international banks, corporations and governments on their debt finance and regulatory finance work at competitive rates.
Our key areas of activity are (i) debt finance transactions such as asset-based lending, asset finance, trade finance, project finance, and leveraged/acquisition finance, and (ii) finance regulatory where we handle complex regulatory work for banks, financial services companies and investment funds including capital markets work such as securitizations and repacks, debt capital markets and derivatives, and high-yield debt capital market transactions.
