Lydian’s Real Estate department comprises 20 lawyers (2 partners) working from the firm’s offices in Brussels, Antwerp, and Hasselt.

The team additionally represents clients in contentious matters, including liability claims and contractual disputes. The practice advises clients on real estate transactions involving retail portfolios, hotels and office buildings. It also assists with lease agreement negotiations and portfolio management matters.
