- Represented Trafigura in acquisition of midstream and downstream assets.
- Represented Pariplay in acquisition of online gaming assets.
- Acted for Exxon Mobil in USD 650MM strategic JV with Qatar Petroleum.
- Represented Exxon Mobil in the acquisition of midstream assets (Oldelval).
- Acted for Phoenix Global Resources in USD 300MM farm-out to GeoPark.
- Advised Imerys (minerals) in sale of assets in Argentina.
