We have significant experience in advising fund managers on the authorisation, structuring, and ongoing management of investment funds, including UCITS, AIFs and REITs, in all legal forms. We also advise on registration requirements.
We work closely with our teams in Taxation, Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Corporate Governance to provide a comprehensive service; guaranteeing strategic, seamless advice.

Chambers Review
Mason Hayes & Curran handles applications for the authorisation of AIFMs and assists with the appointment or termination of asset managers or other fund service providers. It also acts on the establishment of funds and sub-funds that fall under the different regulatory regimes for UCITS and AIFs.
