Our Employment Law Group delivers strategic and practical employment law advice to organisations, both national and international.
The team consists of highly skilled and experienced specialists who advise on the full range of employment, equality and industrial relations issues. We work collaboratively with other practice groups, combining employment law expertise with strategic and commercial insights to create innovative, integrated solutions to HR issues.
We are experienced in advising on all employment law aspects of complex and contentious disputes, investigations as well as corporate transactions, often with a cross-border element.
Our Pensions and Incentives Group provides experienced direction on transactional and advisory work for domestic and international, private sector and public sector clients. Our clients cover the full range of multi-national corporate organisations, major domestic bodies and State and commercial semi-State entities, SME and start-up clients. We advise on the design, implementation and restructuring of pension and remuneration plans. The Group has a history of advising in some of the most complex and largest pension issues. We have particular experience in cases which have evolved due to distressed situations for trustees and employers for schemes relating to high profile companies, bodies and organisations.
Our incentives work involves advising sponsoring employers and trustees on both Revenue approved and unapproved incentive plans.
