Much of our work is international, with UK-based clients looking to expand, or non-UK clients looking to invest in the UK. We also act on public takeovers and other matters governed by the Takeover Code.

• Acting for the sellers of a London-based asset management company with c. £1 billion under management to a private equity-backed purchaser.
• Advised Gaming Realms Plc on a variety of M&A transactions, including reverse takeovers, disposals and acquisitions.
• Acted for the majority shareholder on the sale of the Ingenious Asset Management business.
• Advised on the acquisition of certain assets based in South Africa from an investment management firm.
• Advised a French company that specialises in environment technology on the acquisition of the shares of a UK-based company that provides asbestos consulting services.
