Work Highlights
- Milbank advised the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Export-Import Bank of China on the project financing of Rehabilitation de la voirie urbaine de Conakry and Le Projet de Route Nationale Coyah-Mamou-Dabola in Guinea.
- Milbank advised the Asian Development Bank and other lenders on the Monsoon 600 MW wind power project, which will sell power from Laos to Vietnam.
- Milbank represented the Export-Import Bank of Korea, K-SURE, Euler Hermes and a consortium of international commercial banks in relation to the USD2 billion financing for SK On's latest gigafactory plant in Ivancsa, Hungary.
- Milbank advised a lender group of export credit agencies and international financial institutions on financing the USD3.8 billion development of a high-voltage direct current subsea transmission system in the UAE.
